I didn’t set out to become a naturopath.

I found naturopathy when I needed it most.

Nearly 15 years ago, I booked my first appointment hoping to fix my skin — but what I received was so much more than clear skin. I discovered how connected everything is: stress, sleep, hormones, energy, even the way we think about ourselves. My entire approach to health — and life — changed for the better.

Since then, I’ve balanced a nearly 20-year corporate career in commercial finance and sales across Sydney and London, alongside my studies and now my practice as a qualified Naturopath (BHSc). I know firsthand how it feels to be stretched thin, managing work, motherhood, and a never-ending list of responsibilities, while your own wellbeing quietly slides down the list.

Now, as a wife and mum to two young children, my focus is on helping other women reclaim their energy, restore calm, and strengthen their immune health — naturally.
