• If required: a tailored prescription for herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and/or flower essences

For existing clients — 45 minutes

Follow-up sessions are an essential part of creating lasting change. This is where we review your progress, celebrate your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your plan as your body responds and your needs evolve.

Within 1–2 business days, you’ll receive an updated treatment plan including:

• Revised treatment goals

• Updated dietary and lifestyle guidance

• Adjustments to herbal or nutritional prescriptions, where required

For existing clients — quick support when you need it most (20 minutes)

If you’re an existing client and need fast, targeted support for an acute issue — such as a cold, flu, immune flare, mild infection, or sudden change in symptoms — this short consultation gives you timely guidance and a clear plan.

This session is designed to:

• Assess what’s going on right now

• Identify the quickest, safest, most effective naturopathic support

• Recommend herbal or nutritional prescriptions specific to your symptoms

• Provide practical steps you can take immediately

You’ll receive a prescription (if required) within 24 hours. No treatment plan will be included.
