Are you ready to guide your family through the hormonal rapids of puberty and perimenopause? Do you wish to feel empowered on your family's health journey, implementing changes that create lasting wellbeing and resilience? If so, this package is for you and your child.

This comprehensive package begins with a holistic case history for both you and your child, where we'll gather critical information about your current health conditions, past medical and health history, diet, and lifestyle factors.

Within 1-2 business days after our initial consultation, you'll receive individualised treatment plans via email for both you and your child. These plans will include treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and - if necessary - prescriptions for herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and/or flower essences.

Following the initial consultation, we'll schedule two follow-up sessions to track your progress, refine the treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support as you and your child implement the recommended changes. These sessions play a crucial role in ensuring the plans' effectiveness and your family's successful journey towards better health.
