This comprehensive package begins with a holistic case history, where we'll gather critical information about your current health condition, past medical and health history, diet, and lifestyle factors.

Within 1-2 business days after our initial consultation, you'll receive your individualised treatment plan via email. It will include treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and - if necessary - a prescription for herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and/or flower essences.

Following the initial consultation, we'll schedule two follow-up sessions to track your progress, refine the treatment plan as needed, and provide ongoing support as you implement the recommended changes. These sessions play a crucial role in ensuring the plan's effectiveness and your successful journey towards better health.
